Our Story

House of Perry began long before it had a name.

It began in the homes we walked through, the projects we dreamed about, and the late nights spent talking through floor plans, finishes, budgets, and what a house could become with the right amount of vision and care.

In 2018, we took on a renovation in Yalecrest, Utah that changed the way we saw everything. Like most old homes, it came with surprises, setbacks, and plenty of moments that made us wonder what we had gotten ourselves into. But slowly, piece by piece, the home began to reveal itself.

Walls came down. Light came in. Materials were chosen with intention. What started as a project became a turning point. It taught us that the best homes are not just updated. They are uncovered, shaped, and brought back to life.

Since then, we have completed more than 25 renovation and development projects over the last seven years, ranging from $400,000 homes to $4 million properties. Each project has deepened our understanding of design, construction, investment, and the details that make a home feel lasting.

House of Perry is the world Michael and Dominique have built together.

It is development, interior design, and real estate under one roof. A place where creativity meets strategy, where beauty is grounded in value, and where every decision is made with both feeling and discipline.

We care about how a room feels in the morning light. We care about the way a kitchen functions when people are actually living in it. We care about the materials, the proportions, the story of the neighborhood, and the value a home holds over time.

To us, a home is never just a house.

It is a place to gather, to grow, to raise a family, to mark seasons, and to build a life. House of Perry was created from that belief.

We do not just create spaces. We help shape the places where life unfolds.

DOMINIQUE

Dominique grew up surrounded by design.

As the daughter of an architect, she learned early to notice the details most people overlook: the curve of an archway, the warmth of natural materials, the way a room can feel calm before a single piece of furniture is placed.

With nearly a decade of experience in interiors and renovation, Dominique brings the heart of House of Perry to life. Her work is natural, organic, refined, and deeply livable. She believes a home should feel beautiful, but never untouchable. Elevated, but still warm. Designed, but never overdone.

Her work has helped set three price-per-square-foot records across Salt Lake City’s East Bench, a reflection of the way thoughtful design can shape not only how a home feels, but how it performs in the market.

MICHAEL

Michael has spent more than a decade studying homes from every angle: the neighborhood, the numbers, the buyer, the market, and the feeling a home creates the moment someone walks through the door.

Known for his deep understanding of Utah’s residential market, he brings a strategic and investment-minded perspective to House of Perry. He understands how each neighborhood transacts, where value is created, and how thoughtful design can shape both the experience of a home and its long-term potential.

Beyond the numbers, Michael has a deep love for renovation and the process of seeing a home come together. He sees what a house can become, even when that potential is hidden beneath dated finishes, awkward layouts, or years of neglect.

Alongside his family, Michael helped build The Perry Group into one of the top real estate teams in the nation. He has been recognized as a Top 500 agent every year since the start of his career, ranks among the top agents within one of the largest brokerages in the world, and continues to represent buyers and sellers at the highest level. Through House of Perry, he brings together market intelligence, investment strategy, and a genuine love for transformation.

TOGETHER

Together, Michael and Dominique bring two perspectives to every project.

One rooted in feeling.

One rooted in value.

Both rooted in home.

House of Perry is the expression of that shared vision: homes that are considered, layered, timeless, and made to be lived in.
